Return Policy

At Circadian Candles, your satisfaction is our top priority. If your candle arrives damaged or isn’t quite what you expected, don’t worry, we’ve got your back.

We accept returns and exchanges on unused items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the candle must be in its original packaging and in unused condition.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us at help@circadiancandles.com within 5 days of delivery with a description and photo of the issue, and we’ll make it right—either by replacing the item or issuing a refund.

Please note:

Used candles cannot be returned or exchanged. We’re a small business, and once the wick is lit, it’s officially yours.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

To start a return or exchange, reach out to us at help@circadiancandles.com and include your order number and reason for the return. We’ll get back to you with next steps within 1–2 business days.
